Dr. Dayan and his staff have been wonderful. From the moment I met him, I knew he was going to be my surgeon. I had an old work related in injury, that left me with two scars that I was very self conscious about. Dr. Dayan walked me through the procedure to correct some of the issues. What I did not expect was how the surgery would effect my PTSD. Not only did Dr. Dayan do a wonderful job making me look whole again, he was there to comfort me and reassure me when my PTSD had me scared and crying during recovery. I have never met a doctor who cared so much about his patients. Dr. Dayan's staff is also amazing! Every step of the way they made sure I had everything I needed for my recovery, including a warm smile and encouragement, when I needed it the most.

Dr. Dayan and his staff, especially Rosa, are amazing. I have lost over 80 pounds and was just not happy with all my lose skin. I went in asking about different procedures and he gave me his best opinion and that's what I ended up doing. I got a mommy makeover. The surgery lasted longer than expected but the results are amazing. I didn't have very much pain and was taken care of by staff along the whole recovery process. They answer all my questions promptly before and after surgery. I would recommend Dr. Dayan to anyone!

Wow, wow, wow!! Dr. Dayan has changed my life. I couldn't be happier with my results, the care, the communication with his office staff... he and his team are TOP NOTCH! Literally every detail of his office is thought out and beautiful, you can see the many books he has written around his office (and the fact that he went to Harvard). They offer you something to drink while you wait to see the Dr. During the consult, Dr. was able to pull up on his laptop and screen share to the tv in the room to show me other examples of results, an animated procedure of how he will preform the surgery, etc. It was amazing. He set expectations really well but fully exceeded them. Day of surgery went great, excellent bedside manner and takes his time to talk to you, ask questions, listen, and respond. I never felt scared or nervous-- he really ensures patient comfort and trust is established and there. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for anything... If it could possibly be covered by insurance they have a team to work with you and navigate that whole process with you (it couldn't have been easier). THANK YOU!!

2 Years later and I still look like a knockout... In January of 2019 Dr Dayan completely spoiled me. I was very skeptical about having any work done. He assured me that he would go above and beyond to make my first experience not only safe but comfortable. I jokingly told him not to hold back for the morning on my procedure. "You better give me your best" I said. Two years later I have a rock-hard stomach and I look absolutely amazing. No more Humpty Dumpty for me. I'm 44 years old. I had an enormously flabby tummy from a botched C-section and awkward fat on my hips which made my bum look square shaped. Today my best years are ahead of me with a gorgeous hourglass figure and a rock hard tummy. He even shaped my bum. Thank you Doctor Dayan you made me feel like I was your only patient

From the first time I met Dr. Dayan, I was so impressed. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is also so personable, kind, and very committed to his patient's care. Right before my surgery, I had a slight scare with an ultrasound my oncologist had ordered. I had told Dr. Dayan just days before my surgery that I may have to postpone it. Dr. Dayan was so compassionate and caring. He said my health was the top priority, and even called me just to make sure I was OK. I was OK, and was able to have the scheduled surgery, which went very well. I healed quickly and completely. Dr. Dayan most recently removed a benign lipoma on my arm, which had been bothering me due to its location and size. Again, thanks to Dr. Dayan's expertise and skills, the procedure was completed quickly in his office with local anesthesia and I have healed very well. The Reno-Tahoe area is very lucky to have such a skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate plastic surgeon as part of our community.

I'm from out of town but my girlfriend, who lives in Reno, got her breast augmentation done from Dr. Dayan about a year ago. Her results were amazing and the process was flawless. I personally have had gynecomastia since i was a teenager, and was always self conscious about it. I never had surgery before and was also hesitant, however my girl convinced me to come out to Dr. Dayan to get my surgery. I met with Dr. Dayan and he recommended to perform the gynecomastia surgery with Bodytite. We did this awake, comfortably in the office, and it was so much easier than I expected! I didn't feel any pain, and the results are fabulous. Im about 6 months out now and couldn't be any happier. My man boobs are gone, and there aren't any visible scars. After meeting with three plastic surgeons in my own state and not being able to find someone I was willing to trust to scar me for life, my sister convinced me to visit Reno to meet Dr Dayan and really hyped him up after her own procedure and amazing results. After reading his credentials and doing my due diligence and his patience with me and my OCD tendencies I took the plunge and decided to make the sacrifice to travel and have Dr Dayan perform my mini tummy tuck and lift. Thank you for your excellent care! You have made me feel like myself again before my sweet babies blessed my life and given me back so much personal happiness. Yes, there is scarring, but the incision sites were clean, sharp and well sutured and will lighten in time I know. I had a minor complication (probably my own doing because it's hard for me to just stay put with my two year old on the run), but the confidence in which Dr Dayan handled the situation put me at ease and 6 weeks post op everything is fine. There is nothing worse as a patient when you see panic in the doctors eyes when something isn't going as planned. Dr Dayan did not panic at all even though I was secretly freaking out inside. Dr Dayan was so calm and confident and I needed that. I felt safe and in extremely competent hands. It's not very common to find such a kind and genuine person with excellent bedside manner and steady surgeon hands. No one likes a shaky scalpel coming towards them ;) The facility is beautiful and clean. I had the best anesthesiologist I've ever had (unfortunately I have had to be under general anesthesia numerous times in my life so I can compare the experience), but I only expected the best and Dr Dayan delivered. Even though it's an out of state trip, it was totally worth it!!! With the utmost gratitude, thank you Dr Dayan and Rosa!!!!!

If you're looking for the best surgeon, Dr Dayan is for you. Dr Dayan and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! He took a LOT of time to educate my husband and I about the procedures. His experience and incredible bedside manner eased our nerves about the surgery and post-op care. Choosing a plastic surgeon is not easy and almost comes across like surgeons are the same, however, judging by my personal experience and that of my friends, I can say with absolute certainty surgeons are not the same. So here is why we chose Dr. Dayan: -Hands down the best education and residency -Academic work with published books for the plastic surgeons and educating other surgeons on the technique -Incredible sense of "aesthetics" -Honest - doesn't this go a long way?? -Post Op Care: I've been through surgery before and I cannot tell you how reassuring it is to know that your surgeon and his staff are available to address questions, concerns, and schedule an in-prompt follow up visit on the dime's notice after surgery. The response time (even on weekends) is super fast. My husband and I are grateful for this experience! -Results: I am about 8 weeks post-op having done face lift (including neck area), upper eyes, fat transfer to the forehead, fractional CO2 laser for face and neck. The results look "INCREDIBLE". I look like me BUT about 15 years younger. Simply amazing!! About the recovery: Quite a few of my friends asked about the recovery curve, so here is my impression: -1st 2 days suck -3rd day - sudden relief; you're feeling close to a "human being" -4th day; you're re-organizing closets -end of 2nd week; you're starting to think you should have done more -end of 4th week; you KNOW you should have done more -5th week; strategizing how to convince your husband that you need more Thank you Dr. Dayan!!

Having had skincare on the East coast for many years and being recently relocated to Lake Tahoe I was very excited to learn that Dr. Dayan was opening his office in Reno. I had actually heard him interviewed on the plastic surgery hour at Langone Medical Center in NYC. Dr. Dayan is quite deserving of all the positive comments you have read. He took so much time reviewing various options for me and answering questions. His CV attests to his expertise. Dr. Dayan is a warm and friendly person, this is reflected in his staff . They are also professional and kind, which I think is a direct reflection on him. Very happy, highly recommend.

I had never had any type of procedures before visiting Dr. Dayan. From the moment I called the office to the end of my procedures I was treated so amazingly. Never has a doctors office entire staff been this incredibly nice and welcoming. Dr. Dayan took his time during the consultation to explain the procedure that would work best for my situation. I ended up getting Liposuction with skin tightening in my abdomen area. I was so terrified of being under full anesthesia and Dr. Dayan was the only DR I had researched that would do this procedure under general anesthesia. I was never scared I was never in pain during the procedure he was constantly making sure I was comfortable. I have one appointment left for a lymphatic massage with Abby ( who is also the sweetest and so intelligent) and I am sad that I won't be needing to go in any more. If I ever decide on more procedures I will not go anywhere else!

In January I had a tummy tuck with lipo/muscle repair. I had 2 consultations with Dr. Dayan. The first, was just going over what I wanted and what his suggestions were and receiving a quote. Since this was such a big decision I did put it off for sometime. I was never pressured to come back or make any commitments. When I finally did decide, they let me come back and ask more questions and everyone was very patient. Day of surgery went well with no issues. Very clear instructions for after care. Also, they have a text system that makes any questions or concerns you have answered quickly. All of the staff is super helpful and caring. Rosa is a very special person that deserves a ton of recognition! Finally, I am starting to see my results (lots of swelling with this surgery) and I couldn't be happier that I made this decision. I would highly recommend this team for any plastic surgery anyone might be thinking about.
