A recipient of the World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery Achievement Award and a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, he is Medical Director of Avance Plastic Surgery Institute. Some repairs may require a series of reconstructive surgeries alongside other medical professionals, and Dr. Dayan works in close cooperation with them to perform any level of cosmetic and functional facial reconstruction.
