The saline solution within a saline implant is harmless and is simply absorbed by the body if the implant ruptures. Repairs for failed breast implants typically involve removing the failed implant and replacing it with a new one. Some repositioning may be necessary to achieve proper symmetry with your other breast.
The previous implant incision is commonly used, removing the necessity of creating another scar. Dr. Dayan may also have to slightly enlarge the breast capsule for the new implant to fit properly. He will also sometimes use fat grafting or liposuction to create the proper aesthetic shape and smooth appearance to match the other breast.

I had three consultations and didn't make any decisions lightly, but Dr. Dayan blew the competition out of the water.
